Gaza: A Conversation with Nasser Mashni

For the past eight months, Israel has been given a free hand by Western governments, including our own, to unleash a brutal genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. During its current offensive in Rafah, we have seen defenceless refugees living in tents made the target of bombings and artillery fire, made possible with weapons supplied by the United States, Britain and Germany. The Albanese government has stood by, refusing to implement any serious measures to isolate apartheid Israel such as diplomatic and trade sanctions, or an arms embargo.

Nasser Mashni, President, Australia Palestine Advocacy Network will address a public meeting hosted by Friends of Palestine WA and the UWA Palestinian Cultural Society discussing the context of Israel’s genocide in Gaza and the ongoing struggle for justice and a free Palestine.

Nasser is the son of a Palestinian refugee. He is a co-founder of Australians For Palestine and a founding board member of Olive Kids.
