Nicole El Hekma is the founder and CEO of the Muslim Women’s Leadership Academy. A qualified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, she is dedicated to helping Muslim Women live with Ihsan in their personal, community and professional
lives. Nicole’s method blends the advice that is found in the Qur’an and in Sunnah with complementary contemporary practices to provide a holistic coaching experience.

Nicole is currently completing her Masters in Islamic Studies and her Grad Cert in Islamic Psychology. She is also the Head of Operational and Compliance Risk at Islamic Bank Australia, Australia’s first Islamic Bank.
