The Muslim population of WESTERN AUSTRALIA  has also grown tremendously over the past 20 years. More recently, there has been a major PERTH population shift resulting in over half of Muslims now residing in PERTH  suburbs. As a result, the religious, social, and civic needs of Muslims have expanded significantly.

Despite the establishment of several PROGRAMS  and other Islamic institutions the community as a whole, particularly women, youth, and Muslims residing in the WEST, The existing venues are limited primarily to hosting regular prayers and are unable to offer the space and facilities to meet the needs of the entire family.

The goal of Alsalaam Islamic Society is to fill this gap by establishing a Muslim family life center to meet the spiritual, social, and civic needs of all Muslims.
