Ridge Ascot Medical Centre
The Ridge Ascot Medical Centre is a brand new, privately owned, bulk billing medical practice that opened in July 2016. It is owned and run by a small group of Western Australian general practitioners.
There are 5 male and 2 female GPs working at the centre. There is currently one doctor working every weekday but we have a vision to grow into a thriving medical centre with several doctors, nurses and receptionists working daily in the months to come. We have on site pathology and there are plans to provide an on-site pharmacy.
Our staff are passionate about providing up to date and efficient primary health care in a safe and friendly environment. We believe in continuity of care and can cater for the health needs of every member of your family.
Dr. Manga Akella
MD Physician, FRACGP
Dr. Akella's special interests are mental health, family planning and general health. She does Implanon and Mirena insertion and removal as well as other minor surgical procedures. Dr Akella speaks fluent Hindi, Telugu and Russian.
Dr Essa Rasool
LRCP&S[EIRE], FRACGP, DRANZCOG
Dr. Essa Rasool is an experienced GP Obstetrician with special interests in antenatal care, postnatal care, children’s health, men’s health, palliative care and minor surgery. He does Implanon and Mirena insertion, scalpel free vasectomies and other minor surgical procedures.
Dr Raj Bhasin
LRCP, MRCS, FACRRM
Dr. Raj Bhasin has worked in rural areas and suburban practice for many years. He has special interests in workers compensation, general health, men’s health, chronic disease and palliative care.
Dr Nooshin Rasool
