Dasha Lvov – PSYCHOLOGIST

I am a Registered Psychologist, Medicare Provider, and Full Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists, having obtained my Psychology qualifications at the University of Melbourne and Murdoch University. My clinical experience commenced as a Behavioural Therapist working with children on the autism spectrum; then branching into high-complexity adult presentations in forensics, community alcohol and drug setting, trauma and private practice. I feel a sense of honour to be part of a therapeutic space that is culturally and religiously sensitive - where a person can feel safe to express themselves, reflect, explore challenges, and recharge.
I firmly value creating a trusting ambience with the aim to encourage insight into oneself and one’s emotions, to help understand the power of the subconscious as well as our conscious thoughts, and to tackle barriers impeding one’s progress.
I work with you towards focused psychological strategies that are collaborative in goal orientation, and individually tailored. Under a GP MHCP, medicare subsidies apply.
